Why do I have a P-name instead of my username?

New usernames are reviewed by staff before they go live. You'll play as P followed by your ID until approved. It usually takes less than 24 hours.

I didn't get my verification email.

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, submit a ticket below.

I think my account is compromised.

Submit a ticket immediately with your username and email. We'll investigate and help you recover your account.

How do I appeal a ban?

Submit a support ticket with your username, the reason for the ban, and why you believe it was unfair. All appeals are reviewed by a senior staff member.

How do I earn credits?

You automatically earn 1,000 credits every 30 minutes while logged in. Spend them in the credit store on exclusive items.
