Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use CPPS.party.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian permission to use this service.
• You may maintain multiple accounts, provided that you are not using them to impersonate others.
• Accounts created to evade a ban will be permanently terminated.

• CPPS.party staff will never ask for your password.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CPPS.party to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users in any way.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Use any deep-link, page-scrape, robot, spider, or other automated device to access or copy any portion of the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access through hacking, password mining, or any other illicit method.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• Post, transmit or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Impersonate staff members, other players, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.

Intellectual Property

CPPS.party is a fan-made private server and is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or Disney Interactive. Club Penguin is a trademark of Disney. We do not claim ownership of any Club Penguin assets.

Original content created by the CPPS.party team — including custom features, artwork, and code — remains the property of CPPS.party. No part of the site or its content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way without CPPS.party's prior written consent.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms or our server rules.
• You may request account deletion at any time by submitting a support ticket. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how your data is handled upon deletion.
• Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
• We are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation upon account termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of CPPS.party will be resolved through good faith negotiation wherever possible. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes directly with CPPS.party before pursuing any formal legal action. We reserve the right to modify this process as required by applicable law.
